Originally this website was a way of our Fibromyalgia support group, who were based in Sunderland at the time, of communicating with each other, we have since formed a second group which meet in Seaham.

It is clear however that there is a need to help sufferers on a more wider basis, and while the site still retains some of its personal touches such as pictures of the group and meeting places/dates,  we wish to offer and share information with any sufferer or carer.

I can promise on this website we :-

WILL NOT Charge for any information or try to sell you Magazines or Books.

WILL NOT Sell you any miracle cures like other FMS Sites.

Good Dietary advice can help FMS, as with any other condition, but we will not dedicate page after page to selling you wholesome organic foods. We will not try and make money out of you in any way,  shape or form.......unless you come along to one of our regular fundraisers :-)
